rented the spa bath room and we were notified upon arrival but the spa jets were no longer working

breakfast was amazing each morning and learned a lot of history from our southern sippin and

the breakfast was very nice and the location was perfect for walking to the square

there is nothing to not like about the twelve oaks bed and breakfast

jet spa tub was the main reason for booking and it didn t even work

the overall look of the room, the spa tub looked like it might electrocute you it worked great

it's a motel not hotel so some rooms are updated and pool has no water

this was a $95 a night hotel at best for $169 a night overpriced if they advertise a pool and spa and it is not

right off a main hwy. not enough parking space
