the suites are spacious, the kitchens easy to use with many supplies available, and the beds very comfortable

location. also has a a wonderful pool

the only option we were offered as safe food for our kids was a tub of melon

the pool and spa were really nice made the stay here worth it

amazing location, wonderful pools and on site spa were well worth it.

the outdoor hot spa was great

from the pool to the beach or jacuzzi was just a few steps away

very nice big hotel with kitchen and laundry. so practical and pretty

friendly and helpful staff nice beach - a bit too much waves for kids that don t swim

the villa s kitchen was fully equipped

the bar at the pool was also nice to have

not like that there isn t an adult only pool

flight was scheduled to leave several hours after checkout, and i was told we could use the gym facilities to

kids loved the evening lighting of fire tradition

you cant get a chair at the pool area+

to covid a lot of facilities like gym were not available

gym did not provide towels

spa was outstanding and price point very reasonable

spa bookings could be more interactive

both the swimming pools and beach had plenty of space and we really enjoyed the hot tub at night

also of note is the outstanding spa located in the main building

all good except so-so wifi; loved everything else!

i did utilize the spa two different days and would rate it 3/5 stars

the pool area was so much fun and the stars were all super friendly and helpful

like the pool area and the service at the restaurants and the friendly bar

the pools are great too but who wants to hang to n the pool when you have all that

their warm aloha with their cordial greetings and helpful assistance, including providing suv or golf cart

property, friendly service in hotel/residence and pool/cabana/beach areas

lot of kids activities for all ages and the many pools makes it fun for all to pool hop within the same resort

also live music in the bar area everynight not just a couple

extra large and comfortable with two full large bathrooms and on main floor right footsteps from pool

spa could be kept 24 hours during cold weather months since the pool was too cold for us at night

was excellent except that the spa was off limits past a certain time and the pool was too cold at that time of

our kids had a blast

they do not have sand chairs for the beach- you have to rent them even though the pool has many many chairs

pool with cascades - swan garden - gym with peloton bikes - japengo restaurant - spa - luau - washing machines

pretty place, great staff, great spa treatments

also, signage to the spa was lacking and i ended up walking around in circles and was 20 minutes late for appt

hyatt resort and spa had beautiful views everywhere
