spa was disgusting---not kept up was a biological hazard

parking was ample, and felt very safe

we traveled with our pet and they were accommodating and gave us a room on the bottom since i am disabled

roooms were very nice parking was a bit difficult due to amount of cars and direction of parking slots

grandkids and i had the pool/spa area all to ourselves which was awesome

may have been security issues in the parking areas

the check-in process was efficient, my room was spotless and the pool and spa were wonderful.

really liked the fireplace, shower, and looking forward to utilizing room service on our next trip

it isn't worth the prices charged. no restaurant/room service, no pool, and dodgy maid service.

i feel that the spa should be open later than 9:00 p.m.

crappy parking. more signs to drive around hotel. cats at each entrance

you expect other guests in the establishment, of course, but you don’t want to hear their kids screaming,

great pool - kids loved it, so did i
