paid extra to have a sauna spa bath, on the second room i got still no sauna spa bath, still no fully working

we were in st louis for a concert, to our surprise upon arrival, there was a complimentary shuttle to the venue

shortly after being seated and i got the sense our first waiter wasn't too keen on the three kids that follow

the room doesn’t have a tub just a walk in shower which is a inconvenience if you have little kids

i checked my kids, no scratches or dried blood

great working under extreme circumstances as regular guests along with 1,100 high school band kids tried to

walking into the beautiful hotel to the room service, everything exceeded my expectations and my standards were

great location for the arch. good gym and friendly staff.
