it s clean and wonderful!!!! the spa is always amazing

ease of access, the spa was absolutely amazing, very clean and reasonably priced.

our stay was exceptional the spa is top notch, will go back again!!!!

the closeness of the spa and pool

we walked by the pool and spa and that looked very murky and cloudy so we decided to skip it.

breakfast doesn't start until 6am; my flight was at 7am so didn't get a chance to have breakfast

no pots, pans, crockery, utensils or cutlery to make use of our kitchen, and those are not things we can easily

the hotel may be pet friendly but not people friendly defending the dogs which were off leash

staff was amazing, they were so good to us and our kids

really stinks for people that have kids performing across the street and have no were to go on a sunday

for such a prominent and clearly popular hotel the bar does close too early.

and someone was almost able to come into our room in the middle of the night with my 2 little kids in the room

change our key twice because they stop working we were tired and go to fifth floor at night with kids and a lot

only issue was i paid for a spa bathroom and it wasn t in the room but it was taken care of

i also was glad the swimming pool was open finally got to take a dip in it
