we did not make use of the kitchen facilities apart from that

cottage very clean parking great

main house looked very quaint. we stayed in the cooks cottage. parking was not an issue.

no microwave in room. no spa tub as listed in description of the room, just a stand up shower.

had a huge spa bathtub and a really comfortable bed

stunning place nice old furniture we stayed for 2 nights we used the barbecue one night and the fireplace shelly

well pointed, comfortable. great breakfast

delicious breakfast, very comfortable beds, clean rooms, very cosy and stylish house

there is also a wonderful stained glass door in the entrance, however, the parking lot streetlamp shines directly

cottage kitchen has flimsy plastic wine glasses and disposable plates and utensils - likely this helps make

front door to our unit had a glass front which let in the light from the parking lot until late in the evening

the worst part, though, was the unbearable sewage smell coming from the kitchenette sink

had to ask for spa tub jets to be cleaned and air conditioning had a musty smell.

i loved the spa tub

have liked more hot water for the spa tub, and breakfast was just okay nothing special

beautiful upgraded spa bathroom.

the parking on site, when available, is great

my kids swim and we know a dirty pool when we see one

have no complaints none at all i m sorry no bad comments it s very kid and pet friendly

perfect except for the potholes in the parking area

my expectations regarding the professionalism of staff, the cleanliness of the properties, the spa and restaurants

use of the pool was limited to a spa package. use of a pool should be standard at any resort.

the spa experience was amazing too

the spa was the best part of our trip and well worth the price of the treatments

could have been a little better regarding activities, check-in/check-out procedures, and spa packages

staff at the hotel and spa seemed clueless about specials advertised, otherwise staff at the camp was extremely

proximity to the larger hotel property also gave spa and restaurant option

also wifi available so every comfort was available

the staff were completely friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable with a simple country

beautiful, clean and the spa was very nice and relaxing.

i didn't take advantage of the breakfast or the spa since my stay was short but i look forward to my next

the spa was refreshing and the arcade the water park was reasonably priced

the spa was closed and so was the restaurant

we didn't visit the waterpark or spa during this stay but the pool was great and the water was warm

spa schedule constantly changed due to low staffing

the snack bar served the food that had been sitting in the warmer for a very long time - and was cold

of the night hanging out in the back parking lot with their pimp

awful. coffee ok but rest just meagre to non-existent. parking was good.
