loved the pools, the spa and all the other elements of the hotel

spa facilities, very good size rooms, light and bright

we had elemis spa toiletries in the bathroom, even hand lotion

we found the staff to be very pleasant . the spa and swimming pool area were very clean .

there were no prices on any menus or even an actual bar menu so we had little idea of what things were costing

didn t like our room which had no view, was very hot and had the fumes /smells / sounds of kitchen extractor

before, the reception staff are always helpful and polite, room 114 is a good room to have with a spa bath, four

professional and friendly, facilities first class, great spa facilities

especially the tasting menu in the acleaf, staff always had a smiley face and keen to help, the spa was wonderful

we asked for room service as we had taken our daughter to university and were very tired

friendly staff, lovely room, high quality restaurant, plenty of on site parking

spacious rooms, good parking, hall with comfortable seats with bar, nice

lights didn t work on the spa bath and the mirror lights also weren t working.
