bartenders at rooftop bar next to pool were very friendly

there was no wifi in the lobby while we waited to check in

once i checked out of the hotel and left the property i realized i left a laundry bag provided by the hotel

noisy night - loud music from roof bar but it was friday night, ended by midnight

overall the hotel itself, with all of the art that they have, the restaurant, the staff, the spa and the room

the main reason we chose this hotel was the view from the top floor and the in house spa

i remember the website mentioning a pool or spa but that may have been another property.

it was hair in the bathroom and spa tub that i had to clean

chlorine in pool and spa was so strong burned your eyes when you walked into pool room.

i like that it had a spa and pool. breakfast was good. room had ample storage.

pet area did not exist. a place with artificial turf and bags would have been good.

did not like that there was a surprise $100 non-refundable deposit for a pet

the spa / pool hours were open early and closed late, (6-11) and had an indoor and outdoor pool

i wish there was more front parking & the lobby bar opened later (12am or 1am)

of room service, the beds were very firm, there was a leak that made the suite area carpet damp

breakfast area was well stocked at 8 am and a warm meal was had by me

'pet friendly' room smelled strongly of urine, like they don't clean the carpet regularly
