the spa was out of order/not working

spa didn't work, the pool has foamy slime

& spa were not operable and was closed

no hot tub/spa to use, breakfast could be better

broken tp holder, construction on first floor, pool closed

my little ones kept asking for plates to eat their waffles off of, and the kitchen staff looked at me like i

kitchen lady was rude and very snappy when asked about stuff that was out

they had laundry, hot tubs, nice breakfast

the pool area is so warm, it was easy to forget the below zero temperatures we had left behind

ice machines on most floors, laundry room was great

the spa tub was very nice and the furniture was very comfortable

we had a king suite that was very clean, spacious, and comfortable

great breakfast provided and very friendly and accommodating staff.

there is an always open pool which is great for families or if you just want to get a few laps in before bed

did have two dogs and got put in a pet friendly room where there was hair from the previous people and smelt

we arrived too late for laundry service but a staff member was kind enough to
