efficient staff, comfortable, spacious room, well equipped kitchenette and ample parking

the breakfast was okay

room was very nice and comfortable, loved the spa tub, enjoyed it

only thing i didn't like was that the spa tub was still a little dirty, so i had to clean it out before we could

i loved the spa tub, and the hotel is in a great area. oh, and also, the environment was nice.

we were given a king with a roll away and told it was big enough for our kids to share

being the guest of the week didn t feel very special at all i really had my hopes up for a nice spa bath just

indoor pool was very extremely cold, and the spa pool was extremely hot

spa would have eased my body aches if it was hotter ud83dude0a but it was warm so it was okay

pictures showed one thing and when i got there there was no spa tub in the room i feel as if i paid for something

spa didn't bubble for a good back massage

close to all major hwys and plenty of free parking

advertised as having an outdoor pool but the pool was closed and was not going to be open for another 2 weeks

restaurant was closed and the pool was under maintenance

the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was perfect with a lot of options

really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff, everything was clean and every one was so friendly and helpful

due to covid 19 the kitchen was closed but the staff was very accommodating with restaurant delivery options

pool did not look clean

even though this hotel seems to be geared towards corporate travel, the kids very much enjoyed it

we decided to try room service and were very disappointed

room didn t have a spa tub as advertised on booking

they also no longer have spa tubs and advertise as if they do

and paid for a spa bath king suite

the layout was comfy and the heated indoor pool was great for the kids

i didn t like that i was charged for parking but it s okay.
