you arrive it looks superb, very spa like with a nice atmosphere

no spa or pool

wifi was not great, wasn't easy to set up and when we left our room it disconnected and we had to

wifi wasn't available in my room but we were given access to the staff one

slight mishaps with the room service but nothing seriously negative to report

lovely resort excellent amenities spa a must see grounds breathtaking

the bar was small, but lively, and had an excellent selection

such as coal fires in every room downstairs and gave a warm family feeling it had a good wee bar for drinks and

to hear other guests and people in the bar below, however given the age of the property this is to be expected

a cosy bar where dogs are welcome and a log fire burning giving it a real homely feel

everything about the place great scenery lovely food spacious room spa and gym was excellent couldn't find a

partner played a round of golf while i had a massage and used the spa the golf course is very run down more like

the service, the food, the extra comfortable bed. the spa everything:)

signature suite was excellent and the double bath with tv was amazing gym & spa was

room was spotless and very comfortable with plenty of space

wheather it was reception, orangery or the leisure club and spa they are absolute gold

food was fantastic spa was excellent the staff where very friendly and helpful.

bath had no plug so could not relax in the bath tub, the spa was closed for refurbishment

spa and pool were closed - semi-derelict and obviously an area that they still have to renovate

toilets and changing areas in spa bins and sanitary bins over flowing

spa was exceptional and the spa staff laura and coreen went about and beyond to make our experience

view of the loch from the most comfortable bed, the tranquil spa facilities, absolutely amazing

a long walk along the west highland way i was over the moon to find that the hotel had a spa where i could deeply
