wish i would have know that spa treatments had to be booked way in advance

very friendly staff, spacious rooms, superb beds and bedding

a spa suite at a budget motel was not my 1st choice , but the hot tub was great after a long road

staff is very accommodating to transfers us (from a nonsmoking but its neighborhood were smoking rooms) to non

love to recommend it to friends and family but for the price it was just old feeling needs a spa outside would

for the price you dont have access to spa and pool closing at 9:00pm you can t really enjoy your stay

spa closed due to covid 19 no life vest at gift shop items out of stock

the spa area needs an update

comfy beds, rooms cleaned, spacious, balcony view, the heated pool, the fire pit, bullfrog restaurant, just

pool was small.

my children enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub more than they did snow island

hotel has very little parking and blocked off a portion of the parking lot that made it even smaller

i loved everything the prices where a little pricey for breakfast but it was delicious

spa bathtub was very small

the spa tub was medium sized but deep

spa bath just needs a little bit clean, and the carpet is a bit sticky but anything else was great

paving the parking lot caused some parking hassles.

wifi is terrible

early check in requested easily accepted, friendly staff at the counter

the pool was closed and the breakfast was still covid style.

so alot of activity in the parking lot that made you feel unsafe

the friendliness of the staff. the breakfast was also very good.

they advertised a $15 per night pet fee but charged us $40 per night instead an outrageous bait-and-switch

the spa and pool were both very clean and relaxing. the room was mostly clean when we arrived.

spa was excellent shower was hot and great water pressure

the only issue i had was with wifi. it didn't seem stable but we weren't there very long so...

they have lots of guests, (you would never know short of parking sight) so for him to remember me from a single

limited parking.
