the spa dosent work very well and is very shallow for sitting in

staff was amazing, loved the pool and the spa tub in the king suite.

the bed was very comfortable, and the spa tub in the room i booked was very relaxing.

the coffee shop shut down because of corvus-19 but even more so when i discovered there was no room

also thought there was laundry services and a print/business area for computer work, and nothing was available

there is not a gym, pool or spa onsite

did not have breakfast, location was great.

i wish there was some type of breakfast option at the hotel but there were a lot close by

get a massage at their spa and a yummy cocktail at the hotel

this is a great hotel. fitness/ spa was excellent and staff were very helpful and friendly.

but the views are incredible, room service/food was great & i did get an hour massage at the spa from christopher

minutes , housekeeping came each day to refresh room , bed was amazing and quick availability for spa , free

the room was large and comfortable, modern, two bathroom sinks, spa tub, two shower heads, mini frig, coffee

the location was perfect and peaceful; loved the pool area!

kids appreciated the pool area, and proximity to the river walk/park

room was facing parking lot

also a complementary bath bomb for the spa bath would have been a nice touch

we loved the spa bath and free sparkling cider

the only suggestion for improvement is to sound insulate the pool/spa room

hotel sets back from the street a good distance and requires threading through amaze of parking lots to enter

better ventilation in the pool area. when the spa is on the chlorine odor is powerful

it appears the intention was to offer a spa tub as benefit, however then they decided to install a shower head

and spa were closed and we didn't know until we got there

my husband and i bought swimsuits for this vacation and the spa was out of order the whole time

indoor pool and spa were also clean

only issue i have with hotels is that the pool and spa close at 10 pm

it was still great room but i wanted the spa
