we had the king suite with spa tub very spacious with 2 bathrooms. it was clean & quite.

spa tub had hot water that was right beside the big shower

the spa tub in the room there was hairs from other people floating out of the jets and in the tub

we are local and stay here several times a year for the indoor swimming/kids water park area

i have gotten room service in the past but there was no information so i don't know if they quit doing room

i also didn't like that i reserved a room with a spa tub the time before and got there and they took them out

the hot tub was hot. the pool was cool. and the rooms were clean

bed was comfortable, spa tub in room was awesome, staff was friendly and the property was very clean

he really loved the bed. i enjoyed the spa tub. tub wasnt the best but it did the work.

good clean hotel. free breakfast with a few hot items.

the wifi not that strong! the bathroom sink u need to bend down much but its child friendly!

parking was convenient and easy to access

pool area clean and had a water slide which kids enjoyed

staff, clean place, also had a personal balcony and cool pool/spa area

limited parking near front entrance, especially during very cold weather.

staff was very friendly and welcoming. we used the shuttle service which was excellent.

the bar and restaurant makes for a nice place to hang out while the kids swim

food was just average and overpriced but kids eat free was a nice feature so cost balanced out

pool and spa were great and the room was a good size.

jetted spa tub was very clean and amazing

renovation and can understand a little noise and such but we got a non refundable room with a spa tub and when

the pool and spa are great. they are a little dated, but clean and very welcome

tub in the bathroom (not the spa tub) filled when we showered in the morning and took a long time to drain
