pool and spa were awesome , the staff was get friendly, breakfast was wonderful

loved the indoor pool

there was no room service available and no menu/qr code to scan in the room

parking. have to walk up hills to get in hotel

parking was limited due to construction

what was advertised wasn t what i received, an was told i couldn t be given the room with an spa told like

smelled like smoke but it was a smoking room

protitutes, price, no pool, not clean, breakfast

asked for a non smoking room and it smelled really bad like cigarettes

liked the idea that i had a smoking room

spa was broke but the pool was wonderful. great staff

the pool door was locked and the spa was not useable at the facility;

will say i m a little disappointed now knowing that they offer spa services etc

pool and spa weren t open

loud cars driving in the parking lot all night!

fact that i paid almost $250 , just for the spa not to work

spa tub/ jacuzzi only worked for 15 min
