my daughter loved the pool and the fact that there was a pool bar where she could get pina coladas

kitchenette should be equipped with utensils, why a kitchen that you can't use

more gym facilities

they did not not have a salon or spa facilities, then the place would be top notch

gym is useful for a quick sweat

thirdly, when you need laundry done, you have to take your laundry to the front desk before 9 a

super good staff! good food! excellent rooms! gym was good for a hotel gym.

room service was good as we didnt wait long after ordering

they also have a huge spa pool which is also gorgeous & clean

was staying at the jewel resort and spa in dunn s river the 3 days before arriving to kingston and i must say

stayed at the s hotel (formally known as the spanish court) twice during my trip to jamaica

in this hotel is perfect, the staff are amazing right from reception to bar staff, housekeeping and bar staff,

breakfast!

the kitchen was poorly stocked with cultery, crockery and pots

the 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and sitting room was exactly what we needed

the room was terrible. food expensive and not good bar had nothing g in stock

many steep stairs down to villa, no working communications between villa and spa restaurant or front desk -

the spa prices are just more expensive than what i can find in switzerland, which is shocking

amazing location, spa was good, nice and quiet, well maintained pool

summer temperatures, this small hotel has all the features for a pleasant stay (restaurant, spa and pool etc),

beautiful decor pool and jacuzzi needed to be cleaned with spa closed

the pool tasted a bit like chemicals

towels were dirty and floor need to be sweep. the wifi system was not user friendly
