spa and front desk was great

spa in the pool area was closed (it had no water and was covered with boards)

yes. the spa was advertised and then we found that it was eliminated and filled in

pool/spa area poorly maintained.

the room and hot tub/pool were both very clean

was clean, easy to get to, the hotel staff was sweet, the pool/hot tub were clean/good shape, comfy beds

no pool towels is about the only thing we can say.

reserved a room with a spa bath but did not get a spa bath

was rude and there were drug deals going on in the parking lot tried to reserve a room but wasn't told there

like the fact that they did not charge us extra for our pet

parking was crowded.

both trashcans beside the front entrance, and litter was noticable all around the edges of the parking lot

kids loved that the cleaning staff tucked in the stuffed animals and put the goggles on their heads

the room was good, staff was friendly. having breakfast every morning was good.

the light bar over the sink blinked a lot like can a bulb trying to go out

the pool and gym were both well maintained and good to

they are pet friendly so it was a treat to see all the cute dogs that came through

it was nice to have laundry facilities at the hotel that were free

the girl at the desk said we could park in a business's parking next door so we did, then when we did and we

loved that they had a laundry facility

to pay a 100, deposit on top of the payment coming out of my account 2 days before my stay, the spa tub was

pool, spa and saunas were decent.

i enjoyed the jets that actually worked in the spa tub in the suite.

the pool and spa need better regular cleaning and maintenance

based on how many rooms the hotel had. we thought the pool was small.

location was great. the beds were comfortable. the pool and spa area were nice.
