227, and said fleas were getting on my dog, we took out like 15+ fleas attached to my dog in the span of 4 days

rented the deluxe king suite with whirlpool spa tub

took the spa hours to let the water out and went out very slow so you had to wait three hours after the

spa didn't work

except we wanted to stay longer and maybe another entrance to the pool besides thru the breakfast

the pool was nice and warm and the room was excellent

if you stay over a week, starting on the eighth day you ll have to pay for the wifi

room was very roomie with a kitchen and pool side access

the laundry room, i didnt have quarters so i ended up bringing eveything back

cleaner pot holders and kitchen rags

carpets were duty and stained, no toiletries, no extra pillows or blankets and best of all, room service

i had a kitchen in the room and was able prepare my own meals, but it was not the expected experience

were dirty was left over room service food and dishes for several days staff at the front desk did not know how

no room service or spa onsite.

only complaint that i have is regarding the unreasonable fee for pets

i paid full price for a spa hotel and when i checked in i found out the spa was under renovation

nope. long walk from elevator to room but that would be it. no spa due to covid. undertand.

but there is no beach , spa didn’t work it was not a high star hotel the balcony had nice views but it was

resort's spa not in operation and desk (help) only open from 9 to 5

i was supposed to have a spa tub in the room and there wasn’t one. it was disappointing.
