room service card for breakfast on door, was not checked nor was breakfast ever delivered

kitchen closed too early . no room service . and $2 for a crappy coffee really???

gym was clean with plenty of equipment

parking spaces are very tight

location to my events and parking was never an issue

i liked that they still served breakfast and it was great. staff was awesome and friendly.

the indoor outdoor pool and spa was amazing

from the room service to the spa day, the elegant swimming pool to the art gallery

more spa services slots available for guests that are staying.

enjoyed to much to list the art gallery, the room cleanliness the 1808 bar and restaurant pool & spa

expected more amenities for the price like room service or spa services on site.

plus being a room with kids under 12, only so much disney channel i can take

room was beside the elevator it was too many noisy kids/ young adults making noise all times of the night too

the indoor pool looked like it was a lot of fun for families with young kids but was too busy for me to use at

the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the kids had fun in the pool.

i like the staff and the breakfast in the mornings, and nice location

only thing i didn t like there was dog poop all in the grass and in the parking lot

the mark restaurant in the hotel is excellent breakfast , lunch and dinner with a great bar attached as well
