we got called the following with an unprofessional call asking if we had kids in the room

i have never been to a hotel where people hogged the spa to sit w/o jets

the location is convenient to downtown and the airport without traffic or parking hassles

say enough about how awesome our stay was including the spa whirlpool

was excellent except that they couldn t give me access to the laundry room so someone had to keep letting me

spa and pool, it is definately an old building but there was nothing dirty, i never get why people

spa even though told yes pool was freezing

they have a spa that really shouldn't be used for commercial use

hot tub spa was the only thing we did not enjoy

maintenance did come and got the spa to turn on but when it did it got very foamy and a suffocating chemical

spa jets where very bad need update pool and spa needed cleaning

pool was cold

pool area is nice but could use a bit of sprucing up

parking was a bit of a pain, but i don't blame the hotel for the city's intersections or one way

the parking is plentiful the rooms are spacious

had not requested, when the inn was not at all crowded, which turned out to be right above noisy kitchen vents

wifi is a bit dodgy at times in the rooms

restaurant and bar were not open on tuesday for some reason

frig too small, pool and spa closed back entry didn t always work should get free parking if staying more than

proximity to church street and lake, the pool and spa tub

spa wasn't working

disappointed they don't have on site self service laundry .

couldn't use pool or hot tub as they were fully reserved when we arrived and i understand the covid restrictions

wifi is poor in the rooms.

the pool and hot tub were great too, always love a hot tub

wifi easy to use.

wifi connection was fine but quite patchy in my room.

we loved our server, kalani. what a rad dude - he made our night out without kids even better!

the gym was good for our needs

the coffee bar on each floor was an excellent touch

great location, good gym, buzzing bar good food and superb selection of craft beers

the pool was freezing cold and the pizza restaurant and japanese were not open on saturday at dinner

we had dinner at the bar & grille slopeside

the rooms were very quiet, the wifi was very fast, the cable tv selections were good, and the tvs were equipped

everything was so far away from where our room was, including the parking

parking. and pool is not in the main building
