i hope to stay there ,in the next 2 yrs as i visit my grandson, wifi great,worked faster then

wifi was non-existent

the beds are a bit hard and pillows flat. i found trash stuck to the carpet on the floor.

despite the presence of a large family reunion with many kids, it was quiet

the breakfast buffet was fabulous

no pool or breakfast

wifi was not that reliable

we rented the spa room as we traveled for 14 hrs and needed a jacuzzi tub to help work out the aches and pains

the bed was soft but it do hurt my back. there was no breakfast

in looking around, other than a handicap parking spot at the office, it's my belief they are not in complete

the room smells cigarette, even though we requested non-smoking room

staff were very helpful, we felt very safe with parking lot cameras (cross country moving truck) (+)let me park

the gym, spacious room without drawers, the gift shop, restaurant, lobby and the elevator.

very clean and beautifully decorated. obsessed with the wonderful gym

the bar closed at 11pm on saturday night

just having wifi that works. other than that it's a wonderful hotel and great value.

there was no pool for the kids. we couldn t get a rollaway bed in our room.

very clean, quite, great staff, excellent parking a d location and benihana in the hotel!

i loved the cleanliness of the room, front desk/ lobby area, & the room service!

but i waited about 20 minutes, while my wife and kids waited for me in the car

didn t get to swim there were a bunch of kids and they took over the pool til 10 pm

front desk and room service staff as well i have not one complaint

the breakfast was wonderful and the indoor pool and spa wonderful as well

the breakfast was excellent. the bed was very comfortable. the spa tub was relaxing.

the spa tub was slow to heat up. i could hear people in the next room.

the spa tub in the the pool area needs to be looked at.

the spa ended up being cold and not very clean looking

payed nearly $300 for one night and when i get there, they give me a different spa room than the one pictured

i liked the spa room, itself. i liked the location of the motel. i liked the friendly staff.

pool hours should be extended

wish it had an indoor pool and hot tub.

merge together at this location and you really have to be in a precise location to access the parking lot

couch was worn, hard to get to, front desk was not helpful with wifi issue

great and clean my room was so nice and clean we had towels for everybody and the kids love the wifi great job

bistro wasn't open but they had a breakfast bar that was very good with many choices

room 323: i should have let staff know about the slow drain at the kitchenette sink

it was plenty of space for my kids to run around and get energy out

the pool and hot tub were freezing. and had several young unsupervised kids in there

the pool had too much chlorine
