spa was very friendly and relaxing. all staff was very outgoing

my wife used the spa for a manicure and she could not say enough about the wonderful person that did her nails

this is normal in the uk, where people are expected to use the shower before and after the pool/spa pool (and

was gorgeous, especially after the snow & i have to applaud the entire staff for keeping the parking and walkway

were put in a room facing the parking lot

night where we had dinner at the restaurant, immediately after a couple of hours, my wife and kids started

the only thing open at the resort to do was mini golf but there were a lot of fallen leaves so impossible to

like the breakfast. the room was big. clean, and loved the spa tub.

there was only 1 bar of soap

it was everything a bed and breakfast should be.

the location was perfect so close to downtown and we had a massage at the galena day spa which almost shared

i paid for a room with a spa bath, however bw uses whirlpool

payed extra money for a room with a spa and most of the spa jets did not work.
