spa outside was not in use and we sure would have liked that as one of their advertised amenities

room was spacious, clean, with comfy beds

the online description showed access to more in the pool area but when i got there the waterfall kiddy pool

liked the staff and how they were willing to move me to a different room if the whirlpool tub was clean

similar price points have a fitness center, pool, business center, etc

no room service for my second night

no towels (had to go get them from front desk, kids running and jumping into the pool on top of each other

need better options for breakfast buffet.

spa tub had a jet that wasn't working, manager didn't offer to change rooms and i'm the morning

spa tub light & control switches were across the room & there were no instructions to direct us

fact that i reserved a king size room with a spa and when i arrived i was told i could not have the room because

breakfast had a huge variety. bed was very comfortable & spa tub was awesome!!

come her a few times a month just for the spa tub

they were very pet friendly which was a big deal
