hot tubs (as advertised), spa staff were unprepared and unprofessional

spa and restaurant inside the facility were my favorites

spa was conveniently located in the hotel

bed was super comfy. room was clean. staff was very friendly and helpful. the spa was wonderful!

the pool closed too early.

the lobby area was beautiful and i enjoyed having a spa tub in our suite

the staff ,and that i m able to order room service n just get a drink at the bar

we loved everything from the room- service- food- bar we are going back again, just loved it

parking spots to me are a little too small when it's busy and the guest just don't care how they

i paid to have a jet spa bath and the jet spa didn t work

then i was asking about the spa and where things were in the hotel and she told me she really didn't know

booking the room it said i d have a spa tub and wet bar

i didn't have breakfast while i was there

pool was so small they altered where the seat over the pool was bigger than the picture

just need more parking spaces for customers.
