the pool and spa was not open. was looking to have a good swim.

late arrival but we could use the pool for some minutes, which was highly appreciated by the kids

the place was fine, the woman at the kitchen was very friendly.

modern, clean, everything worked...good wifi

our room had a pet urine odor

spa services were offered but when i tried to make an appt no one ever got back to me.

with that said unfortunately the spa which my wife and i where looking forward too was unavailable

we enjoyed the pool and spa however under covid warnings and restrictions, more attention might be given to

comfortable hotel, clean & well appointed rooms, great restaurant, lovely pool & spa area

the pool looks like it needs some repair around the spa but it was very clean and nice temperature

and the spa was super hot

we went to the bar in the lounge sat down for some drinks and he was extremely hospitable very humble and

was great, there is a nice restaurant and bar attached to the hotel, and there is a pool, spa and fitness room

the inside spa doesn t have keys.

here on 2 occasions and the room i had the first time was across hall from laundry facility

nice outdoor patio and heated pool, large dining area with good breakfast, comfy beds, friendly shuttle service

we stayed in the room with the spa tub and it was amazing! totally worth the extra $

room service didn t happen even when requested

the wifi did not work throughout the entire stay and staff only told me after specifically asking why i

comfortable bed, table for eating, lots of storage and easy free parking

have a large outdoor central smoking area that's right next to the rooms and loud, drunk shady groups of people

the parking lot was lit up at night, i felt very safe walking to my room with my kids

i liked the bathroom facilities, and the mini-fridge. wifi was good.

it really smelled of cigarettes no shampoo, only one bar of soap
