the listing said spa in the hotel. no spa was on the property

parking coming late at night

the breakfast was pretty good.

everything was great but breakfast had the basics out hard to compete with a family diner down the

breakfast didnt taste good

had no clue that i would have a working spa in the room and it was excellent to get into and relax

had plenty of convenient parking

the location, the clean pool, the friendly staff, nice room. all of it was very pleasant.

beds and pillows super comfy! slept beautifully. premium tv channels were nice. free wifi.

breakfast was plenty eggs and sausage were delicious

the spa tub was divine

felt that the bathroom and spa tub could have been cleaner

the clean room. comfortable bed. t.v. in bathroom with spa tub.

got a kind size bed with a hot/ spa tub and a walk-in shower

loved the spa facilities in our room

pool wasn t too crowded

didnt like that there wasnt much parking

i love that it was pet friendly as well as friendly staff

had a bad time with the wifi but just had a terrible ice storm so it s hopefully better when things are normal

the gym was composed of 3 machines, 1 was broken and the other 2 where rusted

use bleach on spa tub and grout.

spa tub was nice

it was very dirtyud83dude2d got a room with a spa and it was tooooo dirty to get in

extra soft bed...amazing spa tub

the spa tub was a plus for me and i enjoyed it immensely

jetted spa tub- jets wouldn t stop even after draining tub, like the button stopped

i thought i booked a spa room and found out it was only a garden tub, however, they were happy to help

loved the spa tub, that was definitely a must have for our trip

the spa tub and the bed was very comfortable

wifi is awful

the cleaning people,down to the laundry staff were very very accommodating,the continental breakfast was great

in the inner courtyard which was still pretty cool because it was close to the garden pool spa and sauna area

the spa was closed, but the pool inside was open.

parking location closer to our room

the indoor pool was open with regular cleaning and limited time,breakfast and dinner still served

the staff was friendly. i expected a continental breakfast, but it was a hot breakfast.

the location was okay. the kids had fun at the pool.

little parking in front, had to park in back and walk around building to check in

the location and the ease of being able to get out of the parking lot onto the main road

excellent breakfast. quiet area. room good size. clean. bed comfortable

only thing i wasn t pleased about was the fact this property does have an indoor pool which is the main reason

location and ample parking and lighting

professional staff very clean hotel swimming pool in hot water spa is excellent only hotel i stay in in

door security bar was completely missing

the staff and the pool and hot pool was really nice

wifi, nice little restaurant/bar which was convenient, since it's on a road lined with fast food

didn t like that the pool was not open i didn t like that the gym room was full of mold so i couldn t

to give us a room that had a spa tub in the bathroom, not the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom that was actually

beds were comfy. and the spa tub was relaxing.

convenience to the grand ole opry there was a laundry facility and small gym there was a pancake maker at

the staff were just amazing, the room clean and relaxing, the facilities perfect, the pool refreshing
