we arrived pool and spa were out of order

spa jets were broken the night before we checked in, told us right away at check in, was still able

room was spacious and clean. spa tub worked very well. the bed was nice and firm.

parking is plentiful and this location is right off the highway

was nice, spa tub had very low pressure when we arrived late, however i spoke to the desk staff in the

property was trashed and management did nothing about people partying/littering/fighting in the parking lot,

the area is a bit dodgy - the parking lot at the back of the building atrracted peculiar people who were shouting

i booked the room with a spa i was under the impression it had a whirlpool tub in the room and it didnt

purposely searched for room with a 'spa bath' (whirlpool tub) and that's why i didn't balk at the $145

pool area has intense chlorine odor - actually makes your eyes sting

best stay! great breakfast. great service. comfy. super clean room. it was perfect.
