it was very easy to check in. the staff was great. very clean. spa was awesome

the pool was very nice

every employee we had contact with interacted with us and our kids

king/spa room was amazing (super comfy bed)

we rented the suite with the spa tub and it was amazing

parking was a little crowded. parking area could be better laid out.

extra clean room, great working spa & gym!

water stayed hot while showering. the indoor pool/ spa was kept up for the most part.

problem was stay was in the 2nd tower and the access to the gym wouldn't work with key card

the staff was very friendly and there were like 4 weddings going on and prom which meant a lot of kids and

parking garage has kids on those scooters available around the city

were charged at the spa for boys haircuts nearly twice the quoted price when i booked

our suite was spacious, as were bathtub and shower

the pool was closed and the spa and bar soap was left in the bathroom and no microwave

our room was spacious and beautifully decorated

bar was not staffed properly nor prepared for the crowd they had

and the staff took us in even though we were strangers i can't say enough about stan the shuttle

breakfast was delicious. bar was excellent. accomodating hours as well.

do not do room service (supposedly because of covid but really it is less safe to require customers to go

then they will not just hold your credit card info in case you damage the room or order room service

of the wellness center is included with your stay, which i was thankful for because sometimes the spa areas are

kids couldn't swim after 8 pm and pool didn't open back up until 10 am and check out time was 11

the pool wasn't open and had resort fees despite not having a few amenities listed in info

kids had to pay for the room, the money was put back on my card

only downside was on our first night the bar was closed, however reopened the second night

to start from the foul oder in the whole place rented this room just for the spa tib well out wouldn't hold

no parking and the room had bedbugs

have the people in the parking lot stop partying at all hours of night
