the only outstanding part was having a spa tub in my room, but it wasn't worth the price

i liked the spa tub in my room.

water pressure in shower. spa bathtub.

only thing passable was the bed and the function of the spa tub

we had rented a spa tub suite

spa jacuzzi was not available the next day, though the night clerk on check in, said it was ready

the indoor pool was closed for some reason. it was posted open in the booking

breakfast was great. staff was very friendly. rooms were very clean.

could not sleep well in tennessee and your ad said their had a spa at best western and they did not

morning desk person offered me a to go bad when he realized i wouldn't be there for the start of breakfast

it was clean and just what we needed for 2 nights. good continental breakfast.

i left early before breakfast had officially started and they still accommodated me

i also thought that there would of been a hot tub/spa for this type of hotel

wish the burger bar was open all day

room service was appreciated for dinner in the room after a long day on the road and a pet who was ready for

no microwave. wifi didn?t work, freezer broken. bed uncomfortable. bill not complete at checkout

free parking was a bonus

were in the process of remodel,pool and spa were not working ,and the elevator stop working the 2 nd day , the

they have an indoor pool/spa and rooms

spa was cloudy, so didn't use either-- and pool and spa were main reason we chose

front desk didn't ask if i had my pet with me until signing paperwork

nothing we had a great time. it was just a night away for the kids. they absolutely loved it.

to me waiting i was given a room on the first floor, which ended up being right next to the gym, spa area, and

quiet with plenty of open parking at side entrance

sauna and pool were welcome features

the breakfast was delicious

the room was very clean, pool and jacuzzi very relaxing. great staff as well!

come on spring break (me and my three children) to use the pool

cocktail bar is a genius idea along with being kid friendly

breakfast was great and the hotel is pet friendly

not know that the pet fee was going to be 75

spa tub was mine and my husbands favorite

room had pet hair in the bed, but fourtnately we were able to change to a much cleaner room
