sheets were dirty , floor was dirty and spa tub was not cleaned

fridge was dirty, blanket had a big burn hole in it, spa tub was stained, bathrooms walls were

reserved a king room with a spa bath , when we got there the room looked nice and clean the the spa bath i was

they have the spa in the room and i loved it, although i didn t get to use it

carpet was stained i had no service and no wifi

love the spa bathtub in the room

the king bed was huge and comfy, the spa tub was so relaxing and worth it

smoking room smells horrible, woke up with a sore throat

squeaky bed; poor wifi; floor needs deep cleaning; housekeeping issues requiring calls to front desk; no hair

there is plenty of parking

electric went out , no spa , no sauna like the web site says indoor pool was freezing supposed to be

stayed in queen bedroom with 2 kids

the rum and oyster bar was closed because of the off season

i loved the full compact kitchen in every room

the pool wasn't open and no coffee in the lobby but that is not their fault...covid 19 damper.
