the spa tub was amazing and took no time to fill up

the bathtub faucet couldn't switched on (we had to run the bath using the shower faucet), and the spa jet feature

the large spa tub was nice.

room was cozy, beds comfortable, and electric fireplace heater with flames in the room was a nice addition

coffee, teas, hot cocoa and oatmeal/cereal bars provided in the kitchen for anytime

we played games and read by the pool

the rooms are super comfy and the common area with open fireplace has great atmosphere to it

property and grounds with lots of amenities including outdoor fire pit, movie theater , gym and access to hiking

and a great gym and classes for adults

2 months in advance we had requested an early check in and also called to arrange having a room close to

the fireplace at the main lobby added to the rustic atmospheric when it was lit

the facility has a game room and a community center for kids

would have liked more information on the resort/spa part of the hotel

an extra $15 at the spa to use the facilities for the day: workout room, showers and sauna, outdoor heated pool

the spa and the restaurant are both so pretty and the staff was very friendly.

not cool to provide poor quality wifi as complementary and try to sell

t bother us but the parking lot is across a lot and upper level, if walking and stairs are an issue
