the team that cleaned the pool stopped halfway through

family's around us were told they were out of milk so the kids had no cereal, eggs not replaced after 8:45, no

more handicap parking.

sketchy parking lot people sleeping in cars made me uncomfortable at night

and your breakfast staff were super awesome

the pool and spa area was not clean or stalked with towels and when i asked the front desk said there wasn

close to everything around quail springs and that it had a pool/spa area

it had the biggest spa tub and i liked the modern chaise lounge and faux wood floors throughout

and they have an indoor pool open year round

the parking lot could definitely use a cleaning.

although the kids banging a ball against the wall in the pool area keep our pups entertaiined half of the night

barked both mornings during stay-i was aware it was pet friendly hotel

pool was broke the laundry facility was out of order and way to many dogs stay in the property im highly allergic

the rain not expected my grand daughter's baby shower had to be moved inside so we used the lobby/breakfast area

clean, property, rooms were nice, breakfast was very good, hospitality was good

hour car ride and i chose this hotel because it was one of a very few options that had a jacuzzi/spa of course

room was more than we could afford, but online it said we could smoke in our room and they had a spa

the bar and breakfast were exceptional and made me want to extend my stay

the indoor pool was extremely cold

we did not use the indoor pool during this visit, but it looked great

the wifi wasn t connecting so we were limited to what we can watch or do business wise.

downside was that it is a 4 star diamond resort and certain things were not available, like the spa but it s

there were a lot of people due to a couple of reunions so the pool was packed the first day

however, if they ever decide to raise the bar on those 2 items that would be great
