not pleasant and the spa was a rason for the choice of this hotel

too many kids with no supervision (from the parents and from the staff) they were jumping in the pool, going to

spacious room, lovely location, polite friendly staff, excellent gym facilities with free weights, cables,

the location. the welcome at reception. the free parking and the room.

room was very comfy; breakfast superlative; an all-round lovely stay

would have liked a hook in the pool / spa area to hang my robe and towel

the spa was only beautiful and breakfast and staff lovely

be going back here for a night away but will have to remember the swimming yoga as it has a pool, spa and gym

the bedrooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean

everything else was fab. the spa was excellent and the girls wer lovely

only thing i didn't like was couldn't find the spa in the hotel and it took to long to get your food in the

lovely rooms and spa and leisure facility

the spa was amazing, best massage iv ever had with mina, all the girls are so lovely

the signage to the spa could be better and it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room

in the bar was just amazing and the kids club fantastic the pool and spa were just out of yhis world and having

early check in was available

team were so friendly, helpful and nice to our two kids

as well as the evening manager in the bar area sorry i can t remember her name but i m sure you know who

we asked for a very early check in and they went to great effort to do so

all staff were nice, but the breakfast staff were exceptional. the breakfast was very tasty.

couldn't book into spa and bar wasn't great.

pool was really run down. the entire spa area was gross.

can't comment on the spa facilities as we didn't avail ourselves of them

isn't avaible it's just luck if you get a space

all excellent , staff too and food in lara restaurant and adelphi where brilliant , an re new spa brilliant

spa treatments, restaurants and outdoor walks around the estate were exceptional.

breakfast - spa and the fishing experience on the river my husband had a great time with tom

spa could of been better for price, no relaxation room or offer of services

spa a little tired but very clean but helpfulness of staff made up for this.

the spa area was clean and had everything possibly needed

nothing to dislike. wish i had stayed longer to try the spa facilities.

a cosy house with lovely living room and kitchen, fully ready for a big family and cooking

fitness club with pool are 4 mins walk, simple but

facilities were good including golf course

the breakfast was perfect and the pool and spa were fantastic

did not use the spa due to the coronavirus outbreak , would love to have been there.

was located on the 4th floor it was a big room and the staff wrote great the swimming pool and spa were delightful

breakfast was really good great service overall outside sitting was relaxing with a lovely view

spa treatment could have been a little longer for my wife

in the oasis spa i had a lovely indian head massage done by laura

everything, but could not get a spa service appt for the 3 days we were there:(

only interaction that was not great was the person on the spa reception

thermal spa was lovely, very relaxing

our spa treatments were so relaxing

we visitted the spa which was amazing and the animals on the on site farm are a lovely touch

the rooms was spacious , clean and comfortable, breakfast and dinner were very good with a vast choice of tasty
