the other superior bungalows are not as pretty, but are near the parking and i think they would be quieter

disappointed that the indoor pool was drained and spa closed for a week - no forewarning of this - would have

pay full monty access to spa for use if the poolud83eudee3to just so some laps

in a stunning location so peaceful and relaxing - the rooms are comfortable and spacious with a balcony and

- children acess to the spa is limited in time from 1400-1515 every

gym and spa were a highlight, thanks to pilar for wonderful treatments and positive energy

there is a large massage spa bath in the bedroom.

and tidy and it is very convenient to go to the beach and have a nice sunshine and the terrace bar is amazing

you got most everything you need very close by restaurant, markets, bar ocean etc.

it was possible to give him the meals in the kitchen of the hotel s restaurant

room with a small kitchen (refrigerator, microwave and ikea cups, plates and other necessities), close to the

bar & restaurant didn't open till 20:00 which is usual for spain

although the reception and bar area were good, the communal area of the hotel was not very welcoming

i booked this hotel coz its pet allowed, and i didnt notice i need to pay clean fee, 20 per dog

only thing that i didn t like was the gym, which is essentially a very small room, equipped with a treadmill

modern hotel in excellent location good free wifi & very friendly staff have stayed here several times

curved toiletries didn t smell nice restaurant closed service minimal - didn t even drop laundry put in back

no bar or room service during weekends/bar from monday to friday only in evenings

hotel was smart and modern, room was great and huge had a lovely spa bath which we took full advantage of

mini bar stocked items 2 each but fabulous to have them on offer

room service number didn't work for me, or there was no answer

lady at reception was amazing food was great, catered for allergies well pool and bar was

lack of ac in the gym

spa should come with instructions, so it's easier to use it.

don't think the hotel is 4 star hotel because it doesn't offer any other services like spa or anything else than

rooms -no kettle, -creepy bathtub design, designed for a nice fall after shower -spa etc

wasnt possible to fit us for breakfast which wasn't really convenient as we have kids to start the day with due

not terrible & the kids loved it, it was just smaller than expected

she was most unhelpful on our last day and when she found the kids charging their phones in the reception area

clean and quiet room, infrared lamp in the bathroom, daily room service, clean pool, small gym, working air

the spa was one of the best ever

spa is only for one person, window was broken, the breakfast employee was rude and the breakfast

spa wasn't working and swimming tiny.

the smell when you first come in, and the facilities like the pool and spa and basic room

poor window views pool and spa are poor, no space and little sun bathing possible no english spoken channels

the spa area needs some refurbishing.
