then i was asking about the spa and where things were in the hotel and she told me she really didn't know

i paid to have a jet spa bath and the jet spa didn t work

booking the room it said i d have a spa tub and wet bar

pool wasn t up and running. doing some updating

the patch job on the tile surround for the spa tub was mismatched and broken

booking said the room had a spa tub, there was no tub only a walk on shower.

couldn t get any sleep because of kids running up and down the hallway and slamming the doors i had a long

breakfast was very good with multiple selections

i did not eat the feee breakfast but it looked good

layout of the room was wonderful and the spa tub was the whole reason that i went

the lobby area was beautiful and i enjoyed having a spa tub in our suite

the pool was very small but clean.

parking spots to me are a little too small when it's busy and the guest just don't care how they

we heard multiple gun shots while we were there and a bunch of shady people hanging around in the parking lot

no employees on site, bar closed and no breakfast offered.

they have a bar off the lobby which is a nice feature

there was a nice outdoor courtyard bar with live music and also a cozy bar inside

it was clean and the bar was a great added bonus

wish the bar still offered light food service.

bed was super comfy. room was clean. staff was very friendly and helpful. the spa was wonderful!

spa and restaurant inside the facility were my favorites

hot tubs (as advertised), spa staff were unprepared and unprofessional
