false advertising on amenities , absolutely no heated indoor pool, no spa or jacuzzi as advertised

everything was nice but the pool was closed.

love that they are pet friendly

the facility was not as clean as it should have been and the wifi was terrible.

i would also like to be able to use the fireplace of the room as the suite was gorgeous and you could spend

the exterior lighting on the drive, parking, and walkway are very poor making it different to get around outside

wifi dropped after 5 minutes and i couldn't re-connect to it

was not very comfortable bed was old. bourbon bar sounded great but closed at 8pm on sat night

if i have to come up with something. - it s too bad the bar wasn t open later

we enjoyed the breakfast, the bourbon room, and hanging out in the study downstairs with a cup of coffee

great location with town center within walking distance easy parking

the location was perfect for all we wanted to do in fredericksburg, and there was parking

quaint bed & breakfast. i would definitely stay there again

the small details, the classic furniture, the coffee room with buns, the breakfast and the location were all

the staff was wonderful! the spa was great!
