the spa was not working and pool floor was in poor shape

the pool and spa were in desperate need of resurfacing

did not like that the pool area needed cleaning (food on the floor, dirt clumps on the floor and doors were

also the pool was small for the number of kids swimming in it

also lady at front desk on saturday was rude to and older guest regarding wifi

spa was not open, the low toilet, and though i like the parking that it was coveted, it was dirty

and gym area were closed

loved the atmosphere of the hotel it was relaxing and had the spa vibe throughout

concrete floors, a kitchenette area, and spa robes hanging in the closet

property has a beautiful aesthetic that relaxes you and puts you in the spa atmosphere

its uniqueness. not your typical hotel. had more of a spa vibe.

spa bath was not perfect it could use a little update it was not horrible it just did not work as

of the jets in the spa tub didn't work well, and the drain wouldn't close tight so had to keep adding water

i booked a king suite with spa bath and i didn't get a spa bath and no explanation as to why
