staff, awesome pool/spa area and very comfortable room with a great little balcony

the pool/spa here is nice, clean and the rooms were equally so

i needed laundry service and they were great in getting all the info i needed

wifi didn t work at that end of the building.

when we arrived we had booked a pet-friendly room, but upon arrival they noted that they only have 2 pet friendly

description of the facilities led me to believe there was a spa and pool was neither and the exercise room was

hallways and ground floor occupants were noisy with kids late into the evening

pool was very cold, but spa was very nice

spa needed cleaned. rooms were on the small side.

towels, linens and the small kitchen area well stocked, with salt, pepper, oil spray, cookware and dishes

no bathroom sink. had to use kitchen sink

you had to brush your teeth on the kitchen sink

location of the room was across the laundry room, very noisy.

pet friendly too

paths in walking distance; restaurant across the road; rustic/lodge decore; nice gift shop; nice bar area;

of our friends children (who were also staying at the hotel) wanted to sleep in our room with our kids

parking lot had been plowed recently and it was easy to navigate the ice and snow to the front door
