tub plug not fitting the king spa bath tub, heater not working in the first room i was assigned to, trash in

room they put me in did not have a working heater and the plug for the spa bath or jetted bath tub did not fit

i like to be by the cigarette trash post, but i felt very uncomfortable near the front door and pool

otherwise i would be in a very bad situation, with 2 little kids and a dog, without a place to sleep, 4 hours

well lit parking area

massages at the spa were incredible, the pool is really nice, and the food at the restaurant is delicious

pool and gym are beautiful

there was also a crazy amount of bugs- gnats circling our food and drinks constantly, the pool was covered in

we walked up to the bar area and said we have reservations

i just suggest bringing a sound spa if you sleep lightly like i do

hotel was clean, had a nice breakfast every morning, in a good location for my needs, but the best thing i liked

pool was nice but cold because of the cool front that had come through a day before but our kids still had a

not enough parking had to park on the other side of hotel and walk to room.

there were some people standing out in the parking lot at night, made you want to stay in.

breakfast was the best i ever had at a breakfast bar in a hotel, so much variety

spa was closed

room service didn't give me fresh towels for two nights and never remade the bed

the wifi didn't work well.

parking was rough with all of the other properties in the area

the pool was closed which was a reason i booked so my nephew had something to do

the pool was not available to be used the entire time we was there.

although you had a completed kitchen, i would have had plastic cups to use with the children.

the breakfast was hot and fresh. kitchen staff was available for replenishing.

not enough towels, wash rags, and the breakfast grab bags didn t have anything worth eating.
