pool area was nice.. if you have a kids, great place

i had to walk to the spa to get information because no one picked up the phone and i wish the offerings such

there are no night lights near the bed, so when the kids sleep you need to be in total darkness

the bathrooms at the pools could use a little extra cleaning

parking getting around was a long walk not many exits.

the food was top-notch, the staff were very friendly the bar tenders they were always friendly.

the spa the employee there was unfriendly almost rude i booked a session( extra fee) for the steam

the spa building wasn t open for our trip

the spa was wonderful

the spa was closed and wearing a mask all over the property was a bit inconvenient

this time we tried the spa and it was amazing and very easy to arrange too

it's not a 5 star high rise hotel complex it has a rustic charm lovely pool area with steps down to the beach

and the ac was perfect along with amazing working wifi throughout the property i would most definitely recommend

the beach is a little small at high tide, use the pool at those times

lovely architecture, convenient to pool and beach

we liked the gym and spa facilities, they were well maintained, maybe because normal people don't do exercises

we visited the spa for massages

options snacks where the same everyday, flies again on the salad bar, fruits where in bad shape parking situation

there is many things that it has to be fixed. the pool was dirty.
