excellent laundry service too

we asked with anticipation connecting rooms for our kids and once there staff metioned thet did not have that

parking lot

chosen because it had secure parking

the place has a private parking lot and great breakfast (american)

they advertise spa and sauna

we don't understand how you can offer room service and not have a phone in the room

we also weren t really shown where anything was in the hotel or given any info like the wifi code when checking

we understand that sereno is also a bar and they are trying to maintain a certain vibe, but sometimes it was

so much that we ended up ordering delicious room service a couple of times to enjoy the hotel more

the balcony and view across the city, the table fires, bar and spa all excellent

the spa treatments were a bit overpriced, but that's not why we visited

everything was high class, good facelift, clean with beautiful spa service, warm.

the spa at the hotel should be more affordable to hotel visitors

the spa is lovely - got a great massage

so beautiful and comfortable, the staff was always willing to help and with good attitude, the spa was so good

everything was perfect. maybe wifi in room can be further improved

wifi is usually perrrrfect but this time it was cutting out every five minutes or so during the day

the room had everything we needed, including wifi, bottled water, hairdryer, iron, lots of towels, space for

unavailable to guests though clearly visible bar but no bartender restaurant with no meal service fireplace with

restaurants/spa on site however didn't visit them to know if they are worth it or not
