spa is really good (ask for claudia for massages), the swimming pool is very funny and the service

great food the spa is awesome

heated pool and jacuzzi with slides for children, lots of plants, green environment very calm and relaxing

bugs, even in the room took a while to connect to the wifi the private pool was at first very cold and it also

the staff was very helpful, the kids club was great too

the wifi in our room didn't work but the one from the front desk had a low signal and was kind of slow

were parts of the pool that were broken or not fixed which could be a bit dangerous for kids

except for a couple of times where we stayed at bed and breakfasts, my sister and i have pretty much always

our room was facing the yard where the pool, jacuzzi and some tables are located but our curtains were pretty

the bar of the hotel closed quite early at 11pm a saturday night, 2 towels in the room were

beds are too hard, the phone to call room service didn t work, you had to wait 10 minutes for hot water to

appreciated the free parking on site and easy driving access to the hotel via the cuota

wifi, no drinking water, almost nothing in the room
