jacuzzi / spa tub wasn t working

i liked the spa & bar area.

they had free breakfast, a pool, a gym and a bar, but i didn't have time to use any of them

pet friendly and comfortable beds and pillows

wifi slow

pool and spa are nice

rome was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good.

the price of the hotel. the parking was great

connecting and staying connected to wifi was a problem. need to have someone look at this.

pool closed.

kids were running up and down the hall playing at 1am

good free parking

was non existent, kids just ate cereal, the coffee taste like water

they said it was because we had a pet we were put in a room next to the lake

charged me a security deposit and a pet fee and it still hasn't corrected my bill

the hotel pool and spa was closed and that s one of the reasons we chose this location.

grandkids loved the pool

we did bring our pets and kept them in a kennel and we were told we were gonna have to pay a $75 special pet

checked in around 10:45pm and restaurant and room service was already closed down.

there is a roach problem in the kitchen for them to be in the bathroom
