location was good. the appeal was nice, had a spa and pool, with workout area.

spa wasn't working

out dated needs better upkeep. spa wasn t clean bubbles broken.

indoor pool has been out of order the last 2 times that i've been there

both mornings kitchen ran out of food, no gravy, orange juice, bacon

arrived during the transition so there was no wifi, no ac in the gym, no art or decor anywhere

breakfast was lacking in service, forgot the children’s milk, and had to ask for coffee that i

spa treatment was just okay, i ve had better massages

i also loved the fact that there was a spa on sight and that it was literally almost on the same lot as the

downside was that it is a 4 star diamond resort and certain things were not available, like the spa but it s

alot of doors to outdoor pool area or health spa all locked

the parking.
