ahead and thought the pool was open and warm, but only the spa was hot

our room was clean and the spa tub was amazing

the staff was great, room service was very timely and prices reasonable.

spa tub didn't work, shower head in regular tub sprayed anywhere but down

spa in king room , unfortunately charged for it booking gave no refund a glitch in system

i loved being able to have a spa bath with my husband without costing us an arm and a leg, plus amazing breakfast

spa was good, breakfast very good

we requested the room with a spa tub, and both times the tub was out of service

location, very clean, friendly staff, mountain view, great breakfast.

place has lots of parking space and has security

there was plenty of parking and we look forward

upkeep in the courtyard or around the outside of the building, missing drink/ice machines, dirty laundry piled

laundry facilities.

it was during the covid pandemic so the pool, spa and gym were closed

good - coffee ok swimming pool and spa excellent - room very good with some up market

indoor pool and spa was a plus

the indoor spa and pool was what we were looking forward to

the owner/manager was extremely gracious and accommodating, so pet friendly
