comfy beds, great customer service... would be nice if the spa was open on sunday...

see all of it, and am looking forward to our next stay to finish the glass 'tour', and to use the spa treatments

the building's spa was better advertised than the hotel

the spa tub was a bit smaller than some but functioned very well which made up for it

no spa / no hot tub.

located, comfy big rooms, good gym, bar /restaurant could be better but there is are excellent options as well

we couldn t use the pool due to covid but i understood.

room was much smaller than it looked in the pictures, same with the pool.

look, it isn't a resort spa hotel, it doesn't try to be, it's a very well executed, cheap-ish and cheerful

wifi in the room was spotty

breakfast was great! hotel was perfect, don't let the surrounding area discourage you.

on the hotel website it says that there's a pool and a hot tub ((not just for spa use) when i got there i was

great bathtub. spa style.

golf and spa centers were closed for a private event so we could not make the most of the facilities

location, restaurant downstairs was delicious, but most importantly the staff and room service were exceptional

from the porter and the doorman to the front desk to the spa staff were kind and considerate in typical 4 seasons

the spa was excellent! the staff very polite and friendly. the food is excellent too.

however, would come here again to eat and spa but probably not to sleep

the views exceptional, the spa reasonably priced for services offered work out area is clean great equipment,

i loved our room, our bathroom, and the spa area

no pool, spa is overpriced, internet was slow

i also brought my kids and was planning on being there for 5 days so i asked them for a microwave which there

great location, clean rooms, decent gym. lovely view from the rooftop bar.

good food and excellent bar - reception check in quick porters very helpful
