wifi was a little hit and miss at times

the gym is quite basic

no kettle in the room but we used the one in the small gym next to our room

was perfect (breakfast room and bar was closed due to covid-19 so i cannot comment on

room service did not come one day and breakfast wasn't included.

theres a gym, spa and fitness classes too, though i didn't have time to do any of these

fantastic! staff were fab, hotel was gorgeous, spa and gym were excellent.

nice sauna and spa area, the rooms are very clean and they feel brand new

well laid out , spa and pool facility . large upscale rooms with very attentive staff.

the best part of the trip was the spa

the spa area was so elegant and relaxing, a must for those who enjoy pampering time

the spa are is really nice

we had booked a cozy mansard room, but we were upgraded to a lovely spacious comfortable room

the spa facilities were really good if a little small but then again there is only 20 rooms at the

lots of charm - the warm and welcoming staff - the spa is superb, especially the indoor pool - the

surprised by the additional 40 cost to use the spa - would expect to pay for treatments but not a sauna

used the spa and had a fantastic massage

location, stylish clean room, comfortable bed, extremely helpful staff, nice spa and nice

the spa staff need to be more attentive to guests needs. (towels, etc)

we didn't use the spa & hammam as we had our own jacuzzi

the spa was a lovely added option included in the stay, and with no other visitors to the pool and

hand written note and treats (canele & fruit). spa far exceeded expectations.
