i thought room service was awesome if i needed some clean towels or anything else they were right on it super
lot of facilities were out of order including the laundry room and a door to come in from parking lot i was
of (what appears to be) homeless and drug affects hanging around parking area with a few entering the hotel

laundry room was also close to our room
the laundry room was useful and cost $2 for a wash and $2 to dry
gym was even really clean and equipment was in good working condition
the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. the gym is nice. the breakfast is good.

pool and spa are under renovation i specifically picked a hotel with these amenities and they weren't
pool,spa needs maintenance black mole in ventilation system in pool area
there was a lot of standing water in the pool area, and the spa timer was not working.
the next morning we woke up and just peeked in the pool and the pool wasn t clean and looked dirty and when
the pool closing early and only being able to get in 45 minutes by reservation only

many kids in pool and spa area - could not use (bothe saturday and sunday) why charge for parking
clean, nice rooms and the breakfast and free open bar made it worth the price !
