pool and spa are out of date

nice pool and spa clean rooms nice staff big breakfast

the office staff closed the pool and spa area before 9pm and after a very long 8 hour drive i needed the hot

pool was clean they worked hard to make it a great experience for my family during this time with

staff was good. bed was comfortable. pet friendly.

the room service was very good.

there was not enough parking in the front of the hotel. no continental breakfast

one fault but the carpet was causing us and our dog extreme static

everything was clean. beds comfortable. room service excellent. enjoyed our stay.

difficult to find parking up front with all the vans with trailers taking up spaces.

bree the massage therapist in the spa was fantastic and loved the art

also got a facial at the spa and it was such a good experience

is a cool place, the little speakeasy, the pool and the location were great

washer dryer. make available laundry soap and dryer sheets. pool ,spa great

i didn't like was i was told the pool and spa were warm but when my kids got in it was cold

parking area was kinda small for bigger vehicles. pool was dark and cold.

tv reception poor with snowy screen, pool and spa closed, fitness room tiny, and no air circulation

the spa feel of the entire place from the lobby/restaurant bar to the pool cabana and courtyard, and

gym was small

staff was great. no bar area open would cause me to stay elsewhere though

indoor pool was under construction, so the kids were disappointed

the amount of homeless people doing shady stuff on the parking lot and sides of the building

gate open on the back parking lot for better navigation off of a busy street.

wifi, however, exceeded expectations: very fast

i did like the parking, very close to my room. it was clean

they were accommodating in helping find a place to park my uhaul truck and expeditious in assisting me with

hotel room was comfortable, clean and the pool/ spa & gym was clean and awesome

parking lot wasn't big enough to accommodate all guest staying at the hotel

to find the entry where the hotel reception is located (it s the one furthest back, near the spa and golf area

our room was spacious, clean and very quiet

we enjoyed the casino and the daily draw offerings during balloon fiesta

casino/resort sits on beautiful grounds and golf course with stunning views of the sandia mountains

room service was very speedy

parking was the only thing that can be improved because many of the vehicle's were parked wrong and

like the bed it was comfortable and the wifi was fast last time we stood here the wifi wouldn't work for

spacious room in a good location. breakfast was fine.

why no refrigerator in the kitchen

breakfast bar was bad

the indoor pool and spa was nice, but looked like they really needed cleaning

pool was rather cold. spa was nice & hot. liked the barn door to bathroom

large clean rooms beds and pillows very comfy great pool, spa and sauna

they provided shuttle service both to the airport, and to the rental car.
