we loved the rooms. the breakfast was very good. the spa and pool was the best.

spa handle was falling off

spa did not have hot water and pool water was salty

were looking forward to the spa and were told upon arrival that it was closed for repairs

pool spa area was great

the only thing is the swimming pool is little

indoor pool , took the kiddos to the pool and our eyes started to burn

we were given the option of first floor or higher and got a room right next to the pool!

check out at 12 is awesome and of course free breakfast

did not like the pool i thought the pool was heated then when i looked it was the spa heated pool

the spa was not available for some reason and no breakfast was available

pool was warm and the spa was hot

then the spa was nice and hot but no jets

spa wasn't working and there were no towels at the pool and we weren't informed upon arrival

lobby was extremely loud as the bar was near the frint desk and the restaurant was well hidden

everything. staff in the front and in the breakfast a were so nice

don t like how the swimming pool area floor was hard and hurt our feet to walk on

the young lady at the bar was very friendly and helpful

lastly, i am excited that there is now room service, recommend; chicken wings, chicken sandwich and salmon

kids was all over the place without the parents couldn t get into the spa because of the kids

the room service a was a nice treat as was the car service

we came in to a nice card with champagne, treats, and rose petals on our bed

in the bar we were treated so well we decided to have dinner in the hotel as well

no laundry in sight
